The divorce/dissolution process can be complicated, emotionally difficult and stressful for everyone. It can be particularly hard if there are several disputed areas, such as:

How do I book an appointment?
You can book your pre-divorce/dissolution appointment by emailing virtual.appointments@moneyhelper.org.uk
When emailing, please provide your name and contact email address, so we can contact you to arrange an appointment.
We aim to contact you within five working days. If you don’t get a confirmation email, it’s worth checking your spam or junk mail folder.
What will the appointment cover?
The appointment will cover and explain:
- the pension options available to you during a divorce/dissolution
- what you’ll need to think about and the things you’ll need to ask
- your next steps, signposting to helpful organisations and how to access regulated financial advice, should you need it.
